We work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. How do I order?
 
There are several ways you can order our products: 

Order Online 

By using our shopping cart: As you navigate our website, feel free to select the items that you want to order from the product list at the left hand corner. Click the "Add to Cart" link to add the desired item in your shopping cart.

Select the “View Cart” link to review the items in your shopping cart or make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process by clicking on the “Checkout” link.

Order by Fax/Phone or US Mail: 

You may also contact our customer service representative at Phone: (800) 878-4791 to assist you in placing your orders. To fax order, send it to  (281) 840-4452 or mail your order to the below address with your check or money order.

You can use our Secure Order and safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We honor VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. 

Payments by Check, Bank Draft or Money Order:

DO NOT SEND CASH. We accept payments denominated in US DOLLARS ONLY by personal check, cashier's check, US International Postal Money Order, Bank Money Order or International Bank Draft payable Pacific International Group Services, LLC dba Sanicare and mail to our check processing center at:

Please note: Allow 3-5 business days for your check to clear. However, your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. In addition, we cannot accept P.O. boxes for shipping addresses.

Is your product price fixed or can it change?
  The prices shown on our website are fixed. We offer monthly specials so watch for products on special. Whatever price you see on the website is the price you pay (no more, no less). Any other information on our website can change without further notice such as information about coupon codes, information about a particular bidet model etc.
What do I need to do if I want to replace my order or the unit that I received?
  We cannot replace your order if it has already installed. If the product is not installed and still in original box, then you have to fill out the claims/returns form. Go to the homepage and click "claims and returns" on the right hand side menu. Replacement issues can only be done via email or thru this form.

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. You may also use our Product Index. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
Is there a shipping cost in continental USA?
  We offer FREE standard shipping to 48 lower states and Canada for all orders $50.00 and above. Flat rate shipping rate starts at $6.99 for orders below $50.00. Smaller items such as hand bidets, and bathroom accessories are sent by US Postal mail. Products such as seat bidets will have the UPS/Fedex shipping information automatically forwarded to you by email. Delivery can take from 6-10 days, depending on your location.

Expedited shipping is available on domestic/international orders. The order page will show you shipping options by entering your state and zip code. Alternatively, send us an email with your shipping address for a quotation. In order for us to give you an accurate shipping rate for USA orders, we must know the item, quantity, and complete destination address.

Do you give discount for orders?
  Yes, we do. Discount rates and/or coupon codes are always listed on the website.
