| What do I need to do if I want to replace my order or the unit that I received? | |
| We cannot replace your order if it has already installed. If the product is not installed and still in original box, then you have to fill out the claims/returns form. Go to the homepage and click "claims and returns" on the right hand side menu. Replacement issues can only be done via email or thru this form. | |

Expedited shipping is available on domestic/international orders. The order page will show you shipping options by entering your state and zip code. Alternatively, send us an email with your shipping address for a quotation. In order for us to give you an accurate shipping rate for USA orders, we must know the item, quantity, and complete destination address.
