How do I return an item?

Note: All product issues such as returns, missing items, defective parts/items etc. are required to have an email be sent to us. Please read the below information before proceeding. All claims are submitted to an independent contractor, Gold Key Inspection Services, who process claims on our behalf.

Return Policy: Defective or Damaged Products:

Bidets are personal hygiene devices and once installed are considered used and cannot be returned. Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged products.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product. A representative will provide you an RMA number by return email. Products returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to sender.

  • All claims for defective merchandise, damaged items, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • No returns, for any reason, will be accepted 30 days from the original shipping date.

  • Bidets must be returned freight prepaid, undamaged, in good condition, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return the bidet in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Freight charges will be refunded for returned items that are defective or damaged during shipment.

  • RMA numbers are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from date of issuance. Bidets received 30 days after issue of an RMA will be charged a $10.00 fee to renew the claim.

  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.

  • We provide free shipping on almost all our items anywhere in the US & Canada. Shipping costs for all returned items must be paid by customer for any unopened/unused items. (No exception)

Cancel or change an open order:

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.

Orders may be changed or canceled prior to shipment. To change your order, please call 1-800-878-4791. But, all order cancellation requests REQUIRE that an email be sent to stating your name, order # and reason for cancellation. An order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled over the weekend as our order fulfillment department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not completed the shipping process. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 3.5% credit card transaction fee.

Once an order is shipped there may be a restocking fee of 10-25%, plus freight, depending on the circumstances, for products that are not defective or damaged during shipping. A 25% restocking fee, plus shipping, is applied to all refused shipments.

The customer is responsible for ordering of the correct bidet size. Provided the bidet is accepted for exchange, the customer is responsible for return freight as well as freight charges for the replaced item. Restocking fees may apply, depending on the returned condition of the returned bidet.

Reservation to Cancel or Change Order:

We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price / incorrect shipping rates due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified by email.
