How do I create an account?
 
Account is automatically generated when you place an order on our website by providing just your email address and password.
 
Should you wish to just create an account for future purchases, please follow these steps:
 
1) On the homepage, click the "Log in to my account" link and click "new customer" to create your account.
2) Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  On the homepage, click on "Log in to my account" link to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at sales@sanicarebidet.com within 72 hours of receiving the product, or file a claim on the website.

When will my order ship?
  We ship most orders within 1-2 business days with the exception of extra charges paid for expedited shipping. Cut-off time for any expedited shipping is 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. For FREE SHIPPING option/Flat rate shipping option, smaller items such as hand bidets/insert bidets, we use Standard US Postal mail and no tracking number will be provided. But, you will receive a notice that your package has shipped. Please note that if you choose our FREE SHIPPING option or Flat rate cost option, it can take approximately 7-14 business days to arrive to you depending on your shipping location. Big items such as seat bidets, we use UPS ground/ Fedex and a tracking number will be provided.
