Free shipping by US postal mail or UPS/Fedex is provided for most products only within the continental USA (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). In addition, there are certain exceptions on very large products such as shower toilets. Smaller items such as hand bidets, and bathroom accessories are sent by US Postal mail. Products such as seat bidets will have the UPS/Fedex shipping information automatically forwarded to your email address. In some cases, tracking confirmation goes to bulk, spam or trash folder. So, be sure to check these folders aside from your inbox. Delivery can take from 5-10 days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping is available on all orders, whether domestic or international. You may calculate shipping rates online by entering your state and zip code. Alternatively, you may send us an email with your shipping address for a quotation.
For international orders, you may also calculate shipping charges online or please email us at sales@pacinter.com for other shipping options available to your country. In order for us to give you an accurate shipping rate, please provide complete shipping address, quantity and item description.
For International shipment, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your country's local customs office.
