|Do I have to pay customs and import duties?
||Yes. Most of the international orders are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in the destination country. Our prices do not include such duties, taxes or levies. Please check with appropriate authorities in your country before placing orders. International orders take longer than USA orders. Time could vary between 1 week to 3 weeks for all major international cities, however, time could substantially increase for smaller and inner cities. All custom duties, taxes, levies and charges are customer's responsibility and these must be paid on or before the receipt of the shipment either to Canada customs office or paid to the carrier (Fedex or UPS). Custom clearance might result in extra time over and above standard shipment time. Please consult your shipping agent or the courier company for getting information about custom clearance. Generally orders are shipped within 1-2 business days but could be subject to delays for reasons beyond our control.

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

You can use our Secure Order and safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We honor VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Payments by Check, Bank Draft or Money Order:
DO NOT SEND CASH. We accept payments denominated in US DOLLARS ONLY by personal check, cashier's check, US International Postal Money Order, Bank Money Order or International Bank Draft payable to Bristol Group Holdings, LLC - Sanicare and mail to our check processing center at:

Make sure that you provide the following information in your order:
* Item ID/number (Name of bidet and/or model type/product code)
* Brief description of the item (color, seat shape, etc.)
* Desired quantity
* Your Billing/shipping address
* Include check or money order payable to Sanicare for cost of item plus shipping and handling
Please note: Allow 3-5 business days for your check to clear. However, your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment. In addition, we cannot accept P.O. boxes for shipping addresses.
