How do I return a product?
Bidets are hygienic device. All bidet sales are considered final. Returns will only be accepted for unopened, uninstalled and unused item. Please refer to our claim/return form to obtain an RMA by return email. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and/or will not be processed.
I placed an order, but want to change the order before it arrives?
Send an email indicating your order number/name and the product you wish to change. Change of orders will not be accepted by telephone. You may also change your order by logging into your account. If your order has already shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
May I file a claim/return by phone?
No. All warranty issues require the filing of a claim first. Please click here for information on how to file a claim/return.
May I return a product without an RMA?
No. All returned orders must have an RMA issued first. Products returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. To obtain an RMA number, please click here to refer to our return policy page.
