|How do I return an item?
Sanicare Claims / Returns
Note: All product issues such as returns, missing items, defective parts/items etc. are required to have an email be sent to us. Please read the below information before proceeding. All claims are submitted to an independent contractor, Gold Key Inspection Services, who process claims on our behalf.
Return Policy: Defective or Damaged Products:
Bidets are personal hygiene devices and once installed are considered used and cannot be returned. Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged products.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product. A representative will provide you an RMA number by return email. Products returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to sender.
Reservation to Cancel or Change Order:
We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price / incorrect shipping rates due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified by email.
What information do we need to process your claim/return?

|All claims / returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Click here to file your claim.|
|How do I return a product?|
|Bidets are hygienic device. All bidet sales are considered final. Returns will only be accepted for unopened, uninstalled and unused item. Please fill out the claim/return form to obtain an RMA by return email. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and/or will not be processed.
|I placed an order, but want to change the order before it arrives?|
|Send an email indicating your order number/name and the product you wish to change. Change of orders will not be accepted by telephone. You may also change your order by logging into your account. If your order has already shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes.|
|May I file a claim by phone?|
|No. All warranty issues require the filing of a claim first. Click here for information.|
|May I return a product without an RMA?|
|No. All returned orders must have an RMA issued first. Products returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. To obtain an RMA number, you have to fill out our claims/returns form.|
