Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  If your order has shipped, you will receive a ship notification email. For our FREE SHIPPING option, smaller items such as hand bidets/insert bidets will be shipped by US postal mail and no tracking number will be provided but a shipped notice will be emailed to you. It can take approximately 7-12 business days. For big items such as seat bidets, we use UPS ground as our Free shipping method and tracking number is provided.

Also, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. This will only work if you registered an account/create username and password on our website.
How do I change quantities or cancel my order?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
 
An order that has already been submitted can be cancelled or changed quantities by contacting us  as soon as possible at sales@sanicarebidet.com Your Name and Order ID and the date the order was placed will be required for us to cancel your order. You may also cancel your order by contacting a customer service representative at (800) 878-4791.
How do I track my order or check status of my order
 
If your order has shipped, you will receive a ship notification email containing tracking information. Other email addresses may prevent our notification from reaching your inbox. In that case, please check your bulk folder, spam mail, trash bin or adjust your email filter. You may also check if your order has shipped by going to our homepage and click on "Log in to my account". Enter your email address and password to access your account. Otherwise, please email customer support at sales@sanicarebidet.com , provide your order number or billing name used and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please email customer service for assistance
My order is damaged, missing items, or has been personalized incorrectly or I never received my package. How do I file a claim?
  All claims for defective merchandise, damaged items, missing items or orders must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery or said delivery. If after 7 days, you have not reported it, we will deny your claim. Please find our claims/return policy here.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
