Free shipping option is by US postal mail or UPS/Fedex for most products only within the continental USA (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). In addition, there are certain exceptions on very large products such as shower toilets. Smaller items such as hand bidets, and bathroom accessories are sent by US Postal mail. In most cases, there will be no tracking number for smaller items sent by US postal mail. Products such as seat bidets will have the UPS/Fedex shipping information automatically forwarded to your email address. In some cases, tracking confirmation goes to bulk, spam or trash folder. So, be sure to check these folders aside from your inbox. If you choose the "FREE SHIPPING option, delivery can take approximately 5-15 maximum days, depending on your shipping location. Please allow these number of days from the date your order is shipped. If your order did not arrive after 15 days, please send us an email and we will try to track your order.
Expedited shipping is available on all orders, whether domestic or international. You may calculate shipping rates online by entering your state and zip code. Alternatively, you may send us an email with your shipping address for a quotation.
For international orders, you may also calculate shipping charges online or please email us for other shipping options available to your country. In order for us to give you an accurate shipping rate, please provide complete shipping address, quantity and item description.
For International shipment, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your country's local customs office.
