The warranty period is from the date of receipt. Sanicare/Bidet Superstore, or the manufacturer, may repair or replace items covered under the warranty. For free promotional items, the warranty is limited to 90 days. Please refer to links below for detailed warranty information for each product.
All seat bidets, hand bidets, portable bidets, and bath accessories are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, bidets and toilets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene concerns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. All return should be completed within 30 days from the order date.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please complete the form located at http://www.sanicare.com/claims/. It is important that you provide your reason for return because we use this information to constantly improve our product line. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We are unable to accept returned products without an RMA.
Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to Sanicare, for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by Sanicare. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.
