The warranty period is from the date of receipt. Sanicare/Bidet Superstore, or the manufacturer, may repair or replace items covered under the warranty. For free promotional items, the warranty is limited to 90 days. Please refer to links below for detailed warranty information for each product.
Double Warranty Information
Sanicare will double the factory approved warranty on certain bidets listed on our website. This extension will cover the same provisions as your existing warranty and starts upon the ending of your existing factory warranty. The customer is responsible for return freight, but we will pay the freight back. No Gimmicks - just our knowledge of the selected products we know well and have great confidence in their durability
