• This warranty is offered directly by manufacturer.
• This warranty extension begins on the date of purchase (DOP) of the Bio Bidet™ Seat unit. Coverage goes into effect on 366^th date from original purchase and continues for the 5^th year.
• During the manufacturer's warranty period, any parts or labor are the sole responsibilities of the manufacturer.
• Under this coverage, return postage AFTER service will be covered under warranty and returned unit will have priority service tag and will be serviced in about 2 business days before returned back to customer.
• Once purchased, the service plan will remain in effect even in the unlikely event your dealer is no longer in business.
• If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a brand new seat.

This warranty does not cover loss of the product or other incidental or consequential damage or expenses you may incur or labor or cost for removal and installation or cost of repairs by others.
